Program Managers have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. They are responsible for overseeing the achievement of larger organizational goals. They lead the overall program with strong attention to strategy, implementation, and delegation. Program managers are highly skilled professionals who help organizations stay on schedule, on spec, and ultimately on an upward trajectory of success and growth. They are also motiva ted by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

#          Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, requi red resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.

#          Manage program and project teams for optimal ROI, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.

#          Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external v endors.

#          Develop and manage budget for projects and deliver established business goals objectives.

#          Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects.

#          Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.

•          Need hands on project management experience in managing large programs related to data/ Master data management (MDM). Overall PM experience 5-6 years.

•          As PM should be have technical understanding, however not expected to work as architect. Should be able to work with architect and technical team.

•          Should be able to take up responsibilities as PM – planning (risk identification & mitigation), execution from Jjill side

•          PM needs to be part of JJIll team and execute project as JJill PM. Stakeholder management is critical requirement.

•          In the beginning okay with remote working.
