Responsibilities:
- They want to hire fast on this position. They need a senior levelperson for this position.
- They need a MySQL Developer to come in and help them optimize someolder queries they have and help optimize databases
- Would also be nice to have some MySQL DBA experience but that isless important.
- Need a senior person that can jump and help them understand whythe queries are slowing down or not running. They upgraded their main shippingapplication and that was running on Microsoft SQL Server, they moved it over toMySQL and have now run into many queries not running efficiently.
- They know some of their older queries are not well written sothose need to be fixed.
- They also mentioned the integration code with Cognos was notworking well and they use Webmethods for their integration tool so anyexperience with that will be a big help.
