Responsibilities:

•             Engagewith business leaders to understand how data driven changes to process,products, services and software can improve efficiencies and add value.

•             Completeprocess workflows and requirements documentation for end to end processes

•             Translatesconceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear mannerthat is comprehensible to developers/project team.

•             Createdetailed business analysis, outlining problem, opportunities and solutions

•             Analyzeand verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility,feasibility, and conformity to standards.

•             Conductfinancial modeling to provide insights that drive decision making and align resourceallocation within the budget

•             Establishand maintain business, clinical and operational reporting

•             Assist inconducting research on products to meet agreed upon requirements and to supportpurchasing efforts.

•             Preparereports and insights that are logical and understandable for the team and topic

Required/Desirable Skills:

•             PM experience

•             3 years as business analyst

•             Salesforce experience is preferred

•             Athena EMR experience is preferred
