5 + years of experience in the field of software testing.
Direct experience as a QA Tester focused on manual front-end testing with multiple integrated systems environments.
Strong structured testing knowledge and a thorough understanding of quality assurance testing applications and concepts.
Proactively takes initiative and demonstrates a high level of accountability.
Strong understanding of QA engineering, analysis, and testing concepts.
Do offshore coordinate along with Individual contribution of QA and coordinate with development, business, and other teams.
Hands-on DevOps exposure, responsible for release and deployment cycles.
Experience or understanding of the Agile software development methodology.
Strong problem identification and solving skills.
Proven ability to work independently as well as in a multiple vendor teams environment.
Coordinate cross-functionally as needed.
Support junior team members offshore/Onshore as needed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Experience with database queries. Selenium Automation, Pega & Salesforce testing skills desired. Knowledge in a breadth of technologies such as Java, Cucumber, Jenkins, and TestNG would be desired.
Telecom experience is desired."
