We are hiring for a Delivery Manager to oversee a team of Delivery Consultants while improving recruitment strategies through data analysis and taking a hands-on approach with managing candidate processes. The role is predominantly internal facing, taking on the biggest remit with scope to grow the function.

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Responsibilities:

• Development and management of external recruitment strategies

• Provide data insights and reports to management, along with proactive strategies and solutions for problem solving

• Ensure maximum efficiency for candidate generation, including automated search systems

• Identify top candidates and be involved in process to ensure maximum close rates from the start.

• Overlook and put together candidate offers, including qualifications and closing

• Be an advocate for best practice and process focused approaches

• Proactively identify upcoming pinch points with any given customer

• Develop a continuous selling culture within the delivery team

• Develop excellent relationships with account management to ensure high customer satisfaction

• Day to day development, management and onboarding of delivery team members

• Being a role model and upholding the company standards to lead more junior consultants

• Identifying and dealing with internal and external stakeholders needs leading to positive progressive outcomes

• Dealing with a challenging business situation in a manner that leads to a good outcome.
