JOB DETAIL

 We are hiring for US IT Recruiter positions.

  • The person should have minimum 3 - 10 years of experience in US IT staffing and Recruitment Industry. 
  • Person should have good understanding of W2, OPT, C2C, Permanent placements and good communication skills.

Roles & Responsibility:

    • Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
    • Experience of candidates working with US based State Clients is preferred.
    • Sourcing from various Job Portals Viz. (Supplier List, Dice, Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn).
    • Good experience in working on W2 Contract, Corp 2 Corp, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
    • Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
    • Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
    • Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
    • Proactively building resume database for upcoming/highly potential requirements.
