- Should have at least 8-10 years of experience in Test Lead Experience (manual or automation or both)
- Should have at least 5+ years as QA Lead? Must have in depth understanding of Pharmacy/Health Care Domain
- Prefer to have experience in Test Automation tools such as Selenium, Behavior Driven and Cucumber Framework
- Prepare & Review Test Plan, Test Scenarios and Test Cases
- Execution of Test Cases in SIT and E2E Phases
- Manage and Guide the QA engineers at offshore for test design and execution
- Participate in Elaboration meetings, work with Product Owners, Architecture Team and Development team to ensure QA Deliverables
- Must have good analytical skills and proven experience in analyzing and writing test scripts for complex business rules
- Manage and Guide the automation engineers on the framework, automation guidelines.
- Should be willing to work in offshore- onshore model
- Experience in Testing Microsoft Azure cloud based systems is an added advantage
- Agile experience will be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients
- Should have strong communication and client management skills
