Functional requirements gathering and high level Solution design through workshops, discussions and team meetings with S2P business users for Oracle ERP 11i and R12 Accounts Payables, Purchasing, iProcurement and General Ledger modules. Design and develop POC (Proof of Concepts) and getting sign off from the product owners before the start of development activity.

Estimating efforts for various phases and preparing a development and testing plan for the new changes/enhancements on the application requested by the users and planning work for subsequent releases.   

Actively participate in technical design meetings and decide on best practice and approach. Work with the development team to list out technical tasks and estimate efforts.

Responsible for unit/integration testing of the functionalities being developed, triaging and resolving end user requests during user acceptance testing. 

Handling enhancement and reporting requests. In preparation of deliverables, the resources will utilize whatever standards, methodologies, and templates HCL America Inc has instituted. 

Specific deliverables will include design and build custom functionality and full documentation of functional and technical design specifications and test plans for each enhancement.

Designing the Software components, External Objects, Software Distribution process Work flows and provide the best solutions with performance and extensibility as the highest priority. 

Research, perform Root cause analysis and recommend changes where technology can be better used within the overall systems environment to improve efficiency, lower costs, and enhance the quality of business applications.

Evaluating, Test, Integrate and deploying the 3rd party products using EDI to extend the business solutions and solve various business requirements.

Develop the Use cases to the business requirements and translate the Use cases to component code adhering to the standards.

Creating Test design docs for new enhancements and for the existing system.

Bug tracking and fixing of any error occurs during the product development and production release.

Preparing and analysing the weekly performance report of the product for different global markets and sharing the same with the business management team.
