This is request for contractor services for a staff position in the Engineering Applications Development group of NCDIT-Transportation. The position responsibilities are focused on adapting/converting existing applications that were developed using C# and Bentley MicroStation to versions that use Bentley Open Roads Designer (ORD).

The position requires a high level of expertise and experience in developing applications with the following skills required:

* ORD
