JOB DETAIL

  • DevOps experience (more on the development side)
  • Salesforce experience – Need to be able to spool up Salesforce Sandboxes
  • Currently using Copado to manage deployments (Highly preferred)
  • UFT Testing (Just need to understand it)
  • GCP/GKE (Google Cloud Platform and Google Kubernetes) 
  • Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, GITHUB
  • Python and Shell Scripting…..PHP a plus

Example of expected tasks

  • Setup an email handler such that incoming message create a JIRA issue or comment
  • Application deployment analysis and defect resolution
  • GCP, GKE and Docker analysis
  • Project management type work such as resource management, task assignments, schedules, business communication, and paperwork
  • Configuring Atlassian products such as JIRA workflow changes, application links, interface configuration, etc
  • Reviewing and improving existing documentation
  • Setting up new GIT repositories

Will be working on these or similar projects

  • Atlassian cloud migration:  ADT is migrating their on prem Atlassian product suite to the cloud versions
  • Review JIRA projects and users to determine migration path
  • Bitbucket repositories will be migrating to a new GITHub environment
  • Research peer review options to replace Crucible
  • Rewrite Dev OPS scripts to work with the new cloud versions
  • Knowledge of UFT scripts and integrating with Jenkins builds and deployments
  • Assisting with the buildout of new environments for existing applications
  • Assisting teams with standardizing CI/CD methodology and adopting SAFE methodology
  • Introducing Dev Sec OPS into existing Dev OPS scripts specifically with SCA and IaC
  • Spooling up new Salesforce sandboxes
