Job Summary
Architect in designing the system
2. AWS, Azure with Java specific background
3. Knowledge on Integration of Applications/Systems
• Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of professional experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting products in an enterprise or SaaS environment
• Experience with full life cycle development: requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding, unit testing, and acceptance testing
• Strong working knowledge with Object-Oriented Analysis, Design, and Implementation
• JPA and Spring experience required
• Gradle, SOA, Web services, SOAP, XML/HTTP, Servlets, REST, and HTML are highly desired
• Experience in UI frameworks and technologies (e.g. AngularJS, Node.js, npm, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) is desired
• Experience with micro service frameworks (Spring Boot or similar) desired
• Familiarity with patterns for orchestrating microservices – API Gateway, Service Registry, Service Discovery, Service Mesh
• Exposure to cloud/container technologies; AWS/Docker, Compute (EC2, Auto Scaling), Database (RDS, Aurora), Networking (VPC, Elastic Load Balancing), Management (CloudFormation, CloudWatch).
• Familiarity with the AWS Well-Architected Framework and the Twelve-Factor App methodology
• Experience with migrating applications from on-premise to AWS or other cloud vendors a plus
• Knowhow of CI/CD tools and methodologies
• Java and J2EE development and analysis experience including SQL coding 5+ years’ experience with Oracle, and/or Postgresql Server databases Experience with agile/ iterative design and development methodologies
• Experience in any of the following is considered a plus
• A variety of open source frameworks Applying Design Patterns and Enterprise Application Integration Patterns
• Experience in solutioning or designing integrations with systems or products
• Experience in designing highly scalable, secured microservices
• Thinks solution end-to-end (development, tech stack, automation tests, DevOps (CI/CD) automation, monitoring, etc.)
• Cloud Platform experience
• Experience in dealing with customer tech issues
• Experience with communication with different stakeholders and teams
• Flexibility to dive deeper in tech topics to support the core teams.
• Prior work experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Performance testing, analysis, and tuning experience
• IntelliJ IDEA IDE
• Proven strong analytical design and trouble-shooting skills
• Highly accountable for meeting all commitments and deadlines
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal for technical and non-technical audiences
• Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively to drive continuous process improvement.
