Position Responsibilities:-

Hands-on role in developing, implementing, operating, and enhancing business product applications and systems including back-end, middleware, and front-end systems.

Evaluate functional/business and technical requirement to identify gaps/risks and collaborate with team on best technical solution to meet requirements.

Conduct development and testing activities using Agile and DevOps best practices

Follow existing development workflows and quality processes and create required design and development artifacts and documentation.

Conduct peer reviews, parallel programming as needed to ensure quality product is delivered.

Provide support, product troubleshooting support, and resolve product issues and defects.

Engage, collaborate, and communicate with other team members in an Agile environment on-site in Alpharetta, GA as well as working with remote staff and contractors as needed.

Requirements:

 

 

 

•  4+ years’ experience in software engineering using Agile, DevOps, Test Driven Development and other lean methodologies

 

•  2+ years’ programming experience with JavaScript, Angular and Typescript. Much more front-end focus.

 

•  Experience in using Agile project management tools (JIRA) and CI/CD pipelines

 

•  Strong understanding of object-oriented principles and design patterns

 

•  Extensive experience with Relational databases (MS SQL Server); Elastic search; messaging (Kafka); cloud computing platforms(AWS and Azure); building and implementing microservices in container environments (Kubernetes and Docker)

 

•  Strong understanding of object-oriented principles and design patterns

 

•  Strong understanding of development of data processing and transformation systems

 

•  Strong coding, debugging, problem solving, and analytical skills

 

•  Ability to work effectively in both individual and team settings

 

•  Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and collaboration skills

 

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
