Our client, a digital and advertising agency is looking to hire a Business Analyst with eCommerce experience (Magento/Adobe Commerce) for a 3-month contract.  The BA will be supporting potentially multiple projects simultaneously.

The BA will be working with the Application Development teams working on development and/or implementation of the Magento eCommerce platform.  During the project life cycle, the BA will be responsible for partnering with users, staff, developers, and QA analysts to ensure successful delivery of critical projects.

The BA will gather requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. The BA will be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.

Required Skills

*             Experience as a BA working with Magento/Adobe Commerce (only tradeoffs would be strong Hybris or ATG backgrounds)

*             3+ years’ experience in a BA role leading major initiatives and working with SDLC initiatives

*             Basic SQL - Ability to write and execute basic SQL queries

*             Prototyping - Ability to create prototype screens and process flows

*             Effective Communication (Written and Verbal)

*             Fluent in Microsoft Office suite, especially MS-Project, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Outlook and Teams

*             Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work under pressure with minimal supervision

*             Some retail experience
