Primary Purpose:

The Sr. Manager, Ecommerce Product Management is responsible for defining the global roadmap of the for a dedicated workstream. The role will work with our business partners to build and/or localize of digital capabilities on the website for an exceptional customer experience.

This role will work closely with Engineering, UX, and our business partners subject matter experts throughout the organization to execute the roadmap. This role will also lead a team of product managers for the assigned workstream to accelerate growth and adoption of our digital platforms.

• Work with partners in Finance to build business cases and present opportunities and ROI in order to gain necessary approval for investments.
• Measure and report performance of development efforts against business case assumptions.
• Manage projects / initiatives through the stage gate to ensure projects in portfolio optimized for needs of the business.

Education/Experience/Training:

· Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Commerce, Engineering, Finance or similar, relevant field, or equivalent experience.

· Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Master’s in related field of study preferred

• At least 3 years leading capability development in an Ecommerce organization.
• Understanding of web platforms and technology.
• Ability to effectively communicate and present to various levels of the organization
• Detail and deadline oriented
