JD:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, specifically: .NET 5/ASP.NET CORE Web API development, Angular 5& above, SQL Server
• Object Oriented Programming / Object Oriented Design (OOP/OOD). Good hand-on experience into Angular
• Lead project and manage work assignments to have smooth, efficient implementation and delivery.
• Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) along with some experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA)
• Ensure that project modules have clear goals and timelines
• Manage communications, providing formal and informal status updates both internally and externally
• Foster a project work environment that promotes productivity, innovation, and fairness
• Provide clear communication (written and verbal) to team members
• Provide Productivity and Quality improvements to team
• Perform Peer Review, Track Issues, resolve peer reported issues
• Assist team in overcoming blocking issues at early stage
