This Project Manager (PM) will execute one major project in the Corporate Affairs (CA) function from a Data and Analytics point of view.  The PM will be involved with creating surveys for a variety of different cohorts related to the Brand Equity in the market place.  In addition, this PM will assist with some other D & A projects within HR.
 
Roles and Responsibilities
This is a high-visibility, highly complex initiative with enterprise-wide impact that will help the organization work and think in new ways about the work it does outside its products.  As such, it requires strategic thinking and creative change management in addition to advanced PM skills.   Together we will develop strategy, change management and communication plans and operational plans.  We will then execute those plans, work with the analytics team to measure our progress and lead executive steering committee meetings to provide status updates and guide decision making. 
 
Secondarily, this PM can assist with some other HR initiatives. Tasks will include: meeting setup/logistics, MS Teams site management, stakeholder follow-up, tracking open action items, coordination, research, deck creation, etc.

  • Previous, direct experience in one of the four sub-functions is not required, but would be beneficial

 
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years working in in the commercial pharmaceutical industry ideally within Corporate Functions (ie. Finance, Corporate Affairs, HR, Etc.)
  • A minimum of 5-7 years working as a lead Project Manager in a PM role is required
  • Ability to manage multiple competing initiatives effectively and independently with high attention to detail; requires strong organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Action-oriented, high sense of urgency, can lead without authority in a fast-paced, lean environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas in easy-to-understand business terms to all levels of leadership and project teams
  • Highly proficient with MS-Office/Office 365, including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook
  • Strong time management skills, ability to present work in a way that helps others manage their time (succinct emails, clear call to actions, organized presentations, etc.)

Preference:

  • Prior Digital Transformation experience is ideal
  • Prior Data and Analytics experience
