Primary Skill

1) Linux Admin with experience in user/role management, system hardening
2) Understanding of centralized user/role administration for Linux users by using Linux IDM tools (any Open source or proprietary tools)
3) Good understanding of all the flavors of Linux systems like Linux (RedHat. SuSE, Oracle, etc), AIX, Client-UX and Solaris

4) Understanding of Active Directory and it's authentication mechanism

Secondary Skill

 1) Experience with implementation/supporting of Directory Service
2) Understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts
