?        5 Years of experiencein ServiceNow is desired.

?        4 years of professionalservices/ ITSM consulting experience on Incident Mgmt, Problem Mgmt., Change& Release Mgmt., Knowledge Mgmt., Event Mgmt.  , Unified ServicePortal and catalog Mgmt

?        4 years with hands-onexperience in processing modeling, process design, business and functionalrequirements gathering, developing and implementing of ITSM processes &solutions and enabling user adoption.

?        4 years of ServiceNowTechnical consulting/development/administration experience.

?        4 of experience insupporting ITSM transformation project in ServiceNow Platform.

?        Experience withDesigning and implementing process  ITSM applications through Web ServicesIntegration (SOAP, REST) using the ServiceNow Integration Hub / Scripted APIcapabilities.

?        Understanding of theServiceNow platform architecture and best practices to maintain optimalperformance, scalability, maintainability, upgradability, UX and security.

?        Experience withSystem/Process Automation (ServiceNow Orchestration) experience.

?        Experience with Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the delegation ofgroups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UIpolicies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existingsolutions requiring revisions ServiceNow Experience should include scripting inServiceNow, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration anddeployment.

?        Experience with developon the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of thecore applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Asset andConfiguration Mgmt, Service Catalog, Service Portal and ESM applications aswell.

?        Must be aware ofServiceNow offerings and product release cycle. Must be able to constantlyupskill to new features introduced with every ServiceNow release.

?        Experience with working,debugging or developing in any one of the following programming languages:JavaScript, Angular JS, Java, Python, HTML, XML

?        Excellent communicationskills

Preferred Skills:

?        Experience implementingsystems using the Traditional Waterfall and  Agile/Scrum methodology

?        Experienced in theSystem Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including customer requirementanalysis and system design.

?        ServiceNowcertifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS are preferred.

?        ITIL V3/V4 foundation.
