Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience with any of the following technologies will be desired:
- Java EE 6+ standard APIs (EJB, JSF, JPA, JAX-RS, Struts)
- Maven, Grunt and git
- Strong experience working with XML/XSL, JavaScript/AJAX, Soap
- Experience with open-source frameworks JSF, spring, Struts, hibernate is a plus.
- Understanding of and experience with relational database concepts and SQL
- Good working experience with Eclipse
- Practical experience of OO design and UML
- Working knowledge of Core Java, Servlets, JSP, Java Server Faces (JSF), Struts, spring, CSS, jQuery, Hibernate, JMS, EJB, JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX and related technologies.
- JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap, angular, jQuery)
- Java certifications preferred.
Education, Skills and Experience Needed:
- Four-year bachelors in computer science, engineering or a related technical field.
- The ideal candidate must have minimum of 2-5 years’ hands on development experience in Java-J2EE Development
- Technical experience and development expertise in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Struts, Webservices, Spring, Hibernate, Java Script, Angular JS, jQuery and AJAX.
- Good exposure and experience with SQL and
- Possess advanced knowledge of object-oriented design and development (OOA/OOD) and the J2EE framework and data architectures.
- Experience working with and applying Design patterns to solve problems.
- Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
- Hands on experience in Apache Tomcat and Jboss servers.
- Strong design and coding experience
- Experience with massive-scale performance and scalability engineering
- Exposure to Hadoop and related technologies, Analytics, Big Data is a plus
- Must be confident, highly motivated, and passionate about delivery and customer satisfaction
