6-9 years of experience in an SRE or DevOps role, preferably in a hybrid infrastructure environment – traditional data center and cloud platforms
Hands-on experience working & managing large Kubernetes clusters & docker environments – on-prem or cloud
In-depth knowledge of Linux operating systems, Linux containers and container orchestration managers
Hands-on experience with HELM or similar K8S package managers
Experience with a configuration-management-as-code (preferably ANISBLE), Infrastructure-as-code (preferably – Terraform)
Good exposure working with container platform especially OpenShift
Familiar with messaging services like Kafka, RabbitMQ is plus.
Experience with Linux shell scripting.
Experience with designing and implementing CI/CD (like Jenkins, Octopus) for large distributed microservices applications.
Experience using source code management tools GitHub, BitBucket.
Hands-on proficiency in Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch and Kibana (ELK) monitoring tools and experience on creating dashboards in Kibana, Grafana. Experience on Kibana watcher alerts.
Basic programming proficiency with dot net applications
