• 8 plus years of Experience in SAP Sales Modules and specifically

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP CS (Customer Service) knowledge is key

• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements

• Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.

• Design, customize, configure and testing of SD functions  ( Service Order/ Warranty/Return )

• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.

• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects

• Knowledge on other module integration.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Qualification – Chartered Accountant/MBA (Finance)

•  S4 HANA Sales and Supply Chain functions / Service Order/Return Functions

•  Integration knowledge (IDOC etc,.)

•  Awareness on advanced SAP technologies like SAP PI-XI

•  Master data upload /Webdynpro knowledge on loading the data
