QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Experience managing projects across cross functionalteams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules •
5 years of technical program management experience •
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university •
5 years of experience leading program and projectdelivery for large, cross-functional projects
3 years of technical program management experienceworking directly with data and software engineering teams •
Experience developing and executing/deliveringproduct and technical roadmaps •
Ability to conduct sophisticated and creativeanalysis of complex data and translate the results into actionabledeliverables, messages, and presentations •
Experience with Sales data, including Accounts,Contacts, Territories/Quotas Preferred Qualifications •
MBA or Master’s Degree in data science or IT-relatedfield •
3 years of experience with Salesforce, and power BItools (Tableau CRM, QuickSight) •
Solid business judgment and process controllershipfocus • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer focused,professional demeanor •
PMP, Scrum Master a plus •
Process oriented with strong organizational,multitasking, and prioritization abilities; an excellent attention to detail
