- 5+ Years of experience in a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer role.
- Experience working in an Agile organization using Scrum, XP, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or other scaling models
- Experience in Agile planning and Portfolio management tools (Azure Boards) using Azure DevOps (VSTS).
- Exposure to other Azure DevOps (VSTS) tools
- Exposure to Power BI
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Certified in standard certifications like PSM

Roles and Responsibilities
- The primary responsibility will be coaching the teams to achieve higher levels of agile maturity at a sustainable pace and will be driving PI planning & setting up the cadence for the event.
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
- Facilitate the agile ceremonies, such as: backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospective, daily scrums and sprint demos.
- Facilitate getting the work done effectively and consensus based methods in a matrixed environment. Ability to influence without direct authority.
- Foster team communication by building a trusting and safe environment to facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution.
- Create Azure boards to track backlog, User stories.
- Create reports linking Azure boards across projects using Power BI.
