•            Attend daily standup meetings with the dev team to support their development efforts

•            Support the Product Owner in deliverables

•            Create and deliver user stories, QA test scenarios, UAT scenarios, and support the development team with these efforts and knowledge transfer

•            Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with IT and business leaders.

•            Meet regularly with stakeholders to identify and document business needs; Clearly communicate those business needs to a development team through user stories and acceptance criteria.

•            Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps; Provide input to design team on alignment with brand and project requirements.

•            Develop BRDs, perform gap analysis, document existing flow and recommended new flows and processes.

•            Support the design and delivery of wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups. Review and evaluate work done by development team to ensure proper scope has been met.
