As the Business Analyst, you will work on various Connected TV (CTV) / streaming video projects, partnering with software engineers, product managers, UX designers, QA testers and business leaders. You will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day development work of our CTV Agile development teams.
You will develop and maintain business process flows, business scenarios, business requirements documentation and facilitate the definition of technical systems requirements. This position works closely with the business team to understand their needs and provide guidance and alignment on all initiatives. This position also works closely with the Technology Agile delivery teams to ensure business requirements are understood and translated correctly to technical solutions.
This role demands an experienced BA who understands the technical aspects of CTV, mobile and web development, can motivate and inspire a team and who is not afraid to jump in and do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Responsibilities
Become a SME for the business area and that area’s needs and processes
Create and maintain scrum user stories and epics
Own and manage scrum ceremonies
Escalate issues and remove team blockers
Lead requirements gathering and agile grooming sessions with the business stakeholders
Develop business requirements/user stories that capture the business need and technical aspects for the solution, transitional steps, operational behavior, and reporting.
Assist management with various efforts regarding technology planning for dev capacity, training, rollout/launch etc.
Become a power user of various technology applications
Respond to some user support and training requests
Assist business users with UAT preparation
Plan and prioritize work based on overall department objectives and priorities
Understand company processes and data, plan and conduct business and technical systems analysis, and other special projects
Qualifications
Experience with CTV / mobile applications, digital media, video streaming ecosystems and media-oriented websites a plus
Requires BS/BA in related discipline and 8 + years of experience in related field (Business Analysis) OR MS/MA and 8 + years of experience in related field. Will consider additional related industry experience in lieu of degree
Technical understanding of the top CTV devices (Roku/Amazon FireTV, Google TV/Apple TV/Samsung), mobile (iOS/Android) and web development.
Experience with JSON and XML feeds.
Experience with scrum/agile development, tools and practices. Scrum certification a plus.
Excellent communication and writing skills
