Should have good in Mainframes technologies (COBOL, JCL, IBM Utilities, SORT utility, VSAM & DB2).
Having knowledge on ESP Schedulers added advantage.
Good exposure to IT Service Management process, which includes Incident, Problem, Change, Release Deployment.
SDLC process - Requirement gathering, analysis, design, estimation, Understanding of low-level design, development, preparation of unit test plan, unit test cases, unit testing, defect analysis, migration activities, test support, implementation and post-production support.
