JOB DETAIL

Supply chain finance (SCF) allows clients to optimize their working capital and facilitates favorable financing for their suppliers. This, in turn, allows both trading partners to benefit from the financing provided by Client.  SCF has many benefits, the key ones being allowing the buyer to extend their payment terms, while allowing the supplier to be paid earlier, using funds provided by Client.  Another incentive for the supplier is that the discount paid on this early payment is based on the credit profile of the buyer, and the funds advanced don't use its own credit lines.  One example of our wide-ranging capabilities is Client's participation in a pan-European SCF program for one of our clients. We support this client by providing an uncommitted credit line, funding invoices of up to 360 days in multiple currencies. The suppliers request discounted early payment, with funds paid to them by the third party platform provider to which Client provides payment.

 

·         7 years of experience in designing and implementing Supply Chain and Finance systems.

·         Experience in Banking products and Supply Chain Finance model is mandatory

·         Understanding and providing consulting services in Supply Chain Finance and working capital management

·         Experience with any Supply Chain Finance platform is mandatory

·         Experience designing, configuring, and testing any finance application.

·         Participate in business and functional requirements gathering and discovery involving a review of existing  systems configurations and operating methodologies as well as understanding evolving business needs.

·         Analyze business processes, flows and data to draw meaningful inferences and make use of them in change requests

·         Identify and then prioritize technical and functional requirements.

·         Write business requirement documents / functional specifications / user stories

·         Work with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.

·         Assist technology team in design of systems as per user specifications

·         Provide support for user acceptance testing to ensure technical specifications meet business requirements.
