Manage deliverables of a large, scale enterprise-wide project with multiple teams
Monitor project progress and takes appropriate action to ensure work items are delivered on time with high levels of quality
Contributes expertise to major project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
Builds and maintains effective relationships.
Proactively fosters communication between internal and external project stakeholders. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups.
Provides insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences. Ensures strategies are aligned with the overall department strategy.
Communicates project status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers.
Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related project issues. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of six years related Financial Service work experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project.
Effective communication skills, strategic thinker with initiative and leadership in the advancement of multi-disciplined services.
Capable of presenting new technologies and ideas to executive level clients.
Extensive experience reviewing potential opportunities, leading, and writing proposal responses, developing cost estimates, negotiating fees, and leading interviews.
Experience creating technical and project documentation and diagrams.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Asset Management or Net Asset Value (NAV).
