Facilitates the successful completion of large technical projects as a part of collaborative project teams.
Demonstrates a thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
Designs end to end solutions encompassing positive and consistent user experience, alignment with Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) and ServiceNow best practices/scalability.
Ensures proper configuration/customization of the ServiceNow system including creating workflows.
Develops user friendly service catalog items with experience of writing orchestration workflows such as Content Management and Web Services.
Builds service requests from customer requirements including requests. Requests items and tasks using workflows to manage data flows from the customer to the support teams providing service.
Develops and implements advanced workflows, business rules, script includes, client scripts, service portal widgets, flows and other scripting solutions (i.e. Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each – including CMS/Service Portals).
Contributes technical expertise across the platform’s applications to include, but not be limited to, ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, foundation and integrations.
Integrates data from multiple data sources where appropriate into a unified CMDB while ensuring data quality and integrity are maintained.
Reviews and provides recommendations on internal security configurations, compliance and areas of improvement.
Debugs, diagnoses and enhances service portal themes, UI scripts and widgets.
Designs improvements and new customizations by using CSS, html, AngularJS and other programming languages.
Designs and implements integrations with external platforms by using LDAP integrations, IntegrationHub, MID Server data sources and custom RESTSOAP APIs.
