Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field with at least 3-5 years of experience in network support, preferably within the finance/tech/crypto space

Professionally qualified or equivalent with related professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience .CCNP is a plus

Good technical problem determination ability, analytical skills, system implementation, installation, and disaster recovery planning skills

Good working knowledge on the different routing protocols such as TCP/IP etc

Working experience on Security and WAN/LAN technologies

Good interpersonal and facilitation skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments in an environment that requires multitasking among concurrent projects

Willing to work as a team and share responsibilities where needed

Ability to convey network concepts and issues to both technical and non-technical audiences

Flexible and willing to work outside core business hours as required to support our global teams.
