About the role

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will bring a very strong technical and strategic approach to our PPC and advertising initiatives. You will be responsible for technical & strategic implementation of PPC (Social, Google, Microsoft and other external channels), programmatic and retargeting initiatives to drive exceptional performance and results across our brand. This role calls for a very strong analytical and data focused mindset, execution bias and the drive to challenge the status quo.

What youll do

• Develop a strong understanding of the Treasury products, competition, industry and Demand Generation goals
• Develop a robust PPC strategy in place, together with specific performance targets and objectives tailored to meet or exceed the Demand Generation goals of the Treasury business
• Devise, implement and run innovative campaigns in line with the Demand Generation goals
• Manage budgets in line with strategy and ensure that monthly spend, CPC and CPL are on target
• Continuously monitor the effectiveness of the campaigns - drive consistent increase in traffic and conversions
• Publish bi-weekly reports for containing a robust description of weekly activity, suitable advice, recommendations and a clear summary of performance against the KPIs and target metrics

What youll need

• Strong hands on PPC campaign management experience of 3-5 years with a fast growing B2C / SaaS / Digital Marketing company.
• Highly data-oriented approach to planning and problem solving.
• Ability to leverage larger messaging frameworks to develop multiple layers of PPC campaign messaging.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams to make assets and information available for PPC campaigns.
• Extremely high execution bias.
• Ability to analyze digital marketing and performance analytics to have a logical view on strategic/tactical decisions pertaining to PPC campaign planning.
• Strong hands on experience / expertise in using SEMRUsh, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads Editor, Unbounce, Google Keyword Planner, Optmyzr, programmatic ad platforms, retargeting platforms
