- Passionate about engineering and building features for customers
- Strong coding and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Core Java, good understanding of OOPS, data structures. Exposure to JavaScript libraries like JQuery is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Pega 7/8 Technology with design skills.
- Exposure to integration technologies like XML, JSON, REST, SOAP.
- Good Knowledge in Reporting, Agents and Queue Processors
- Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge/experience
- Strong Knowledge in User interface, Case Management and REST services
- Good knowledge in writing Pega Units
- Exposure to DevOps, AWS, Kubernetes is a plus.
- Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge/experience
- Good Communication Skills
- Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and development.
- Good to have skills: Core Java, Java Script and engineering tools (Eclipse, Git, Gradle).
What You've Accomplished:
- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology with good academic record
- 2-7 years of software development experience
- Preferably a CSA/CSSA
- Expertise in Core Java, AWS related technologies
- Partner with internal clients & product managers to align implementation with business goals & outcomes.
