Mainframes Developer :

- Strong technical background in legacy technologies (preferred MVS / Cobol/ DB2/ CICS/IMS) and distributed technologies (preferred Java/XML/ J2EE Application Servers), .net also desirable

- Excellent technical, analytical and problem solving skills and ability to develop new skills quickly

- Strong understanding of Enterprise and Application Architecture

- Effectively manage architectural and technical risks and stakeholder communication

- Be able to manage their own time such that they can deliver to project milestones

- Provide thought leadership and solutions to the customer through this engagement apart from the regular program deliverables viz. Legacy Modernization, Code optimization, Technology upgrade solutions, etc.

- Responsible for being the technical subject matter expert for the implementation and ensuring the implementation adheres to the proposed design.
