1) Designation: Trainee/Consultant/Sr. ConsultantHR (Recruitment)

Exp: 0-10 Yrs.

Recruiter Job Duties:

Utilizing various Job Portals like Naukri, Times job Monster and Companys own Candidates Database.

Screening & short-listing of candidates profile.

Handling recruitment process & client relationship

Screening the CV's according to client's parameters

Scheduling the Interview with the Respective clients

Weekly report Submitting to Sr. Authorities

Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.

Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.

Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.

Job Location: Ahmedabad - Pune

Exp: 2+ Yrs in recruitment

Job Duties:

Managing end to end Recruitment Process

Managing Client Accounts

Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs

Be a part of Client calls , give best service to client by Delivery , Take a Delivery calls.

Build necessary pipeline for Interested candidate or Screening Candidate

Be a part of interview Process, Organize Interviews, Rolling out offer , On boarding Candidates.

Assessing the CVs of the candidates and explaining the candidates on the job role & responsibilities

Coordination with candidates and timely submissions of the CVs to the clients

Taking screening interviews and timely following up the candidates

Ensuring the joining of offered candidates

Updating & Maintaining Database
