The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with executive and management teams, collaborating with the project team(s) to document and manage business priorities and plans for execution.
Responsibilities:
- Engage stakeholders across the organization to drive cross-functional alignment and execution towards project deadlines
- Develop project plans, timelines, and reporting dashboards and ensure all teams achieve their respective timelines
- Facilitate workshops to gather and document business needs, dependencies, risks, and challenges
- Support communications to all stakeholder groups
- Coordinate with stakeholder leads to manage conflicting priorities and identify a clear path forward
- Support ad-hoc management reporting requirements
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree (Preferred)
- 1-3 years of related work experience;
- Project management background is required; analytics background preferred
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft application skills (i.e., advanced Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with project management software preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a cross-functional team environment.
- Self-starter and innovator with high degree of internal motivation.
