The position is for coding and unit testing the WIC mobile app and web portal and providing production support, such as troubleshooting and defect fixes, for the SPIRIT (WIC Management Information System). The position may also help design new features for the WIC mobile app and web portal.

Candidates must possess 3+ years’ experience with mobile and web technologies. 
Experience must include at least one app published by the candidate for Apple and Android.

Skills needed:
Experience with Angular, .NET Framework/.NET Core, C# (or VB.net willing to work in C#)
Creating and deploying Web APIs, REST Services
Good Understanding of SQL
HTML 5, CSS, Bootstrap, Ionic, SCSS, JavaScript/Typescript
Cordova platform
Advanced ability to work with Web-development tools for mobile and Web applications
Understanding of testing tools for unit and integration test
Experience using an Integrated Development Environment (e.g., Eclipse, XCode, Visual Studio)
Understanding of AWS cloud
Publishing to Apple and Android platforms
APNS and Firebase (set up for push notifications).
