JOB DETAIL

  • Excellent project management skills – Must have strong track record of successful definition and delivery of projects.  Experience with Project and Program management best practices (Agile and SaFe) and experience applying them in an appropriate manner.
  • Versatile and effective communicator – Must be able to interact with diverse group of individuals with very different styles and backgrounds.  Must have experience defining appropriate project metrics and communicating via dashboards, summaries, emails and face-to-face.
  • Ability to see the big picture and the details – Must be able to step back from day-to-day to ensure that overall project goals and direction are well managed.
  • Financial domain expertise – Preferably Secondary Mortgage domain
  • Definition of project scope, resourcing, deliverables, impact, and business value as part of the overall business and technology book of work.
  • Planning and tracking task execution, deliverables, issues and communication across vendors, business, and technology teams.
  • Communication of the status of deliverables, key issues, risks & dependencies.
  • Evolving the solution through releases delivering a roadmap of functional enhancements
  • Ensuring the successful rollout of the system

       
Desired Experience

  • Proven record (7+ years) of project management in a financial organization:
  • Experience with program and project management
  • Experience with Agile, Kanban, Scrum and SaFe methodology based program management
  • Experience partnering with technical and non-technical users to conceive and deliver high value, high profile solutions involving multiple stakeholders and requiring coordination across multiple delivery functions.
  • Track record of delivering demanding and complex agendas in a variety of cultures and business environments. Evidence of direct and varied involvement (a fighting general) across solution selection, analysis and design, development, and project management.
