Under general direction and coaching, assists project and program managers in creating and maintaining project planning documents and reports.  This includes work breakdown structure, scope change control and issue/risk management.  Supports project metrics analysis, team communication, resource planning, report generation, and documentation control.  May take on some project management duties for projects of small size and low risk.  Adheres to Project Management Office policies, procedures, and methodologies.  Provides support to ensure client/customer service expectations are met.  Leadership and/or analytical experience with data, systems, and operations.

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience

1) Five years of experience as project coordinator.

2) Five years of experience with MS Project and Excel.

3) Five years of experience in SharePoint required.

Required Experience

• SharePoint experience, this includes creating sites, adding documents and creating workflows.
• In depth knowledge of MS Project and Excel
• Experience facilitating and managing meetings
• Knowledge of project management best in class practices
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to multi task and meet timelines required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to understand, interpret, and communicate ideas
• Advanced critical thinking skills demonstrated through problem solving for complex business problems

Education/Certification Requirements
