Must-have experience Building Chabot in Production Heavy Volume Experience with Training & Tuning the Bot.

•         Experience with building and maintaining a Chabot with high volume (i.e. Hundreds/thousands of interactions a day at a minimum.

•         BS/M Sin Computer/Social Science, Engineering, or related/equivalent field ideally with significant Machine Learning or AI component.

•         1 years' experience with machine learning.

•         Excellent communication skills with an awareness of and ability to optimize interaction experiences

•         Experience in multiple languages: Python, Java, HTML, etc.

•         Experience working with NLU/NLP systems.

•         Technically competent in creating User Flow diagrams and be open to learning to new Documentation and prototyping tools specific for interactive conversation design.

•         Customer-first mentality with a collaborative design approach and positive attitude.

•         Technical skills / experience writing functional specifications and the ability to ‘talk technical' highly desirable.

•         Hands-on work ethic, with the ability to adapt to rapidly prototype and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
