·         Proficient in industry standard techniques for data modeling. The Data Modeler must be proficient in 3rd normal form (3NF) relational modeling. Dimensional modeling experience would be a strong added value for online analytical processing.

·         Proven experience in an enterprise environment developing relational databases

·         Proven experience developing models for Business Intelligence solutions

·         Strong analytical, data profiling and problem-solving skills

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills

·         Advanced SQL skills

·         In depth knowledge of modeling methodologies and techniques.

·         In depth knowledge of facilitation and conflict resolution processes.

·         Experience with Business Intelligence products

·         Excellent teaming and communication skills.

·         Strong consultative, facilitation and consensus building skills

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent Information Technology discipline

·         5+ years of data modeling experience

·         In depth knowledge of the Erwin data modeling tool or Ontology, Canonical Data Modeling or similar modeling tool.

·         Expert knowledge of metadata management and related tools.

·         Knowledge of mathematical foundations and statistical analysis, especially pulling data from Data Lakes (AWS).

·         Good knowledge in any programming language such as Python or Spark

·         Strong interpersonal skills.

·         Experience with team management.

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·         Advanced troubleshooting skills.
