?        Develop, test and deploy Mongoose applications based on requirements gathered from Development Specs, “Stand Up” planning meetings and feedback from end users.

?        Participate in interactions with all aspects of the business personnel from the manufacturing floor to top management to assist with developing plans of action and implementation to increase efficiencies in respective areas of the business.

?        Serve as point person for all bug reports, including reproducing the bug in production environment, development necessary to fix and deploying bug fix to live on a regular patch cycle.

?        Write training documentation and train end users or technical support staff to use and support Mongoose and other applications using current procedures and workflows.

?         

Essential Skills:

?        Demonstrated, hands-on experience developing User Interface Applications on Mongoose (preferred) or similar web client-based platforms.

?        Proven experience in the operation and analysis of database hardware, software, and standards, as well as data retrieval methodologies within SQL Server.

?        3 years .NET/C# development, full-stack web application development and experience working with Database Management Systems.

?        Experience with writing technical documentation and specifications.

?        Experience developing within an ERP system within a manufacturing environment (preferred).

?        Experience with all phases of the SDLC.

?        Experience working in a business office environment and familiarity with standard Business & IT concepts, practices, and procedures.

?        Ability to execute multiple simultaneous tasks which includes team members across IT and the business.

?        Problem solving skills and knowledge of solving application-related user requests and issues.

?        Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

?        Experience working with GitHub or other version control code base management systems.

?        Ability to utilize published procedures and workflows to understand and troubleshoot IT and business processes.

?        Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a high work ethic, self-motivation, and strong initiative.
