Review software requirements and prepare test scenarios.

Own and implement overall test strategy and test timeline details.

Manage test execution, track testing progress and resolve testing impediments.

Drive cross team activities and end to end integration testing

Analyze test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.

Prepare reports on all aspects related to the software testing, testing results and application health.

Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, and potential problems of testing.

Requirements :

Education and/or experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

10 years of business analyst and/or Testing experience

5 years of IT leadership in analysis, testing or development

Experience financial services and transaction processing preferred

Experience with analysis artifacts including business requirements documents, use cases, user stories, user journeys and requirements traceability matrices.

Experience with implementation artifacts including business process models, user interface models, data flow diagrams and system interaction diagrams

Experience with Agile methodology, SDLC and project management.

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.

Proven ability to create test plans, coordinate test activity across teams and drive testing to support release planning.

Experience with testing automation tools (Selenium or Test Complete).

Experience with multi-platform (web, tablet, mobile, etc.) testing.

Ability to work under extensive pressure of deadlines.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
