- BFSS Project Management, Advanced Java Concepts.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Proven experience in handling and managing large transformation projects involving multi-vendor teams
- Ability to scale up to get in-depth technical understanding of application testing process
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure overall quality of the project
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to enable product delivery and handle issues/roadblocks during the process
- Good experience in planning, prioritization, reporting, risk management and stakeholder management
- Must be self-directed, dependable and punctual in a fast-paced work environment
- Testing experience on Java and/or GCP platform preferred
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Excellent project management skills
