Job description:

Role: Technical Lead

Experience: 6+ Years

Education: BE (CS) OR Equivalent

Must have skills: Java, Spring, Hibernate, Junit

Job Location: Pune

Role and Responsibilities:

• Hands on experience in design and development using Java, Spring and Hibernate and Junit
• Solid understanding of internet based technologies
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and client interaction experience

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Develop and maintain modules for business process and systems
• Experience of leading team.
• Responsible for mentoring junior developers with code reviews design reviews and unit tests
• Develop and unit test application programs as specified in Technical design
• Obtain Code reviews from the programming staff, while ensuring that all programming standards and policies are adhered to
• Owning subset of modules identified on an as need basis
• Maintaining canned technical architecture, adding, maintaining and extending the packaged application's component
• Work closely with functional resources to ensure that applications are fulfilling the requirements
