Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for Java Lead
Experience : 6 Years - 9 Years
- Ability to architect/design/develop with minimum requirements by effectively coordinating activities between business analysts, scrum leads, developers, and managers
- Act as a technical lead/mentor for developers in day to day and overall project areas
- Ability to lead a team of agile developers
- Experience building environment and architecture and design guides and architecture and application blueprint
- Work with product owners and customers to understand use case and business requirements
- Assist with maintenance and prioritization of the product development backlog
- Understand user requirements and build solution architecture and be able to break it into high level & low-level design
- Conduct peer-reviews and lead reviews and provide feedback
- Run daily scrum meetings and track tasks via JIRA
- Work on project KPIs and metrics and formulate status reports based on them
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: BE/B. Tech/MCA/M.Sc./MTech
Technology Stack: Java 8 and above, Microservices, SQL, JavaEE, APIs, REST, JavaScript, Springboot ,Tomcat
