•             Designs,creates, evolves, and communicates feature area specifications that formcohesive, iterable plans that align to the multi-year vision.

•             Appliesexperience as well as technical, functional, and caregiver/partner knowledge todefine the feature area’s role within the multi-year solution/service vision.

•             Demonstratesa strategic understanding of the timing and rationale for design choices for afeature area.

•             Uses anunderstanding of the engineering lifecycle

•             Participatesin design, code, and test planning and reviews, and shares best practicesacross the team.

•             Identifiesfeature-level dependencies and establishes milestone release criteria to managethem.

•             Has asense of pride and personal accountability for end-to-end quality,completeness, and resulting user experience for the life of thesolution/service.

•             Identifiesunaddressed issues and resolves, escalates, or finds the appropriate owner toensure the highest level of quality.

•             Uses thesolution/service regularly to understand it thoroughly and discover ways toimprove it.
