• Provide Salesforce advice and support on significant and complex projects company-wide.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to establish project SLAs and associated metrics.
• Work with business leaders and other internal stakeholders to understand existing and anticipated
• business processes, requirements, and areas for improvement.
• Identify Salesforce data sources, construct data decomposition diagrams and develop / provide data flow
• diagrams to document existing and proposed new business processes.
• Assess currently applied Salesforce technologies to determine whether they are fit-for-purpose or can be
• appropriately redesigned and enhanced.
• Translate Salesforce business requirements / processes into new IT and technical support requirements.
• Work with technical team members to identify technical solutions to meet existing and new business
• requirements.
• Construct process / program workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities and write
• specifications for development of proposed new technologies.
• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Work with users to select or create appropriate test scenarios and determine whether system changes
• meet project specifications.
• Follow up with users to evaluate functionality and identify / address emerging or unexpected issues.
• Prepare detailed references, manuals, and other documentation.
• Provide guidance and advice to less experienced team members.

What you will bring

• Experienced with Agile (incremental) project management methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce software design, documentation, and development processes and in
• applicable computer coding methods and languages.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to:
• Facilitate meetings, requirements gathering workshops and translate into appropriate documentation.
• Communicate technical ideas and concepts in non-technical language.
• Apply analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex business and technical situations.
• Identify and recommend steps to resolve process or system issues.
