JOB DETAIL

As a ServiceNow Solution architect, you will utilize your extensive ServiceNow knowledge and experience to design, develop and deploy solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform. You will work with a collaborative team leading, mentoring, and ensuring development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality. You will work with customer service owners, process owners and various service delivery groups and participate in demos and meetings in a professional and courteous manner. The ServiceNow Senior Technical Lead is a highly experienced subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform with strong experience designing, developing, and deploying integrations with external third-party tools.

Responsibilities:

Understanding of and customize, configure, and support solutions on the ServiceNow platform as it relates to ITSM, ITOM, CSM, Service Portal, Workflows, Scoped Apps, and other related functionality.

  • Provide subject matter expertise and working as a member of the Core Business team, assess, design, and implement the processes and configuration standards for current and future ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Define current state and target state Integration Architecture (REST, Data Extracts/Loads) for the ServiceNow platform and Automation capabilities and ensure interoperability and scalability across different technology stacks.
  • Effective cross-functional leadership skills in working with business and operational teams.
  • 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow core solutions in development and or infrastructure organizations
  • ServiceNow certifications/experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, HR, CRM
  • REST APIs: ServiceNow Scripted APIs, Table APIs including bulk data loads and extracts
  • Demonstrated ability to build consensus among many stakeholders
  • Experience with coordinating ServiceNow upgrades across multiple ServiceNow modules.
  • ServiceNow Integration Hub / Integrations. Participate on project teams to deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform
