Looking for SAS programmers with Data knowledge to reverse engineer existing code to document the data needs and business rules. You will be responsible for decommissioning IDN/SAS infrastructure and move to Cornerstone big data platform.

Roles and Responsibilities

Looking for SAS programmers with Data knowledge to reverse engineer existing code to document the data needs and business rules. You will be responsible for decommissioning IDN/SAS infrastructure and move to Cornerstone big data platform.

1. The work is to decode SAS scripts, so we are not looking for SAS architect or SAS Modeler.

2. Responsible for requirement gathering to understand the business needs.

3. Focus on migration from current legacy code (SAS) and underlying database to Cornerstone based ecosystem

4. Work with scrum team to reverse engineer SAS code to as-is requirement.

5. Responsible for going through the legacy SAS code and identify the as-is requirements and document them in a template which gives, input data details, output details, logic used and various other parameters.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience as SAS Programmer.
• Expert in writing SAS scripts & requirement gathering.
• Strong experience in SAS role.
• Excellent English communication skills.
