End to end product quality
Participate and contribute in Sprint Ceremonies
Promote and develop the culture of collaboration, accountability and quality
Provide technical support to team and help the team resolve technical issues
Closely work with Tech Lead, onshore partners, deployment and infrastructure teams
Use best practices and experience to design, code, build, and test software solutions
Determine best technical solutions and document detailed design based on requirements
Lead application build team for selected projects
Provide accurate and timely estimates for tasks
Provide support and leadership in critical production support issue resolution. Role will be final escalation point for supporting application and performing root cause analysis
Support the team for application availability, reliability and stability when needed
Conduct or facilitate root cause analysis on all in-scope incidents and recommend a corrective action plan
Lead team efforts to achieve timely resolution of all production issues meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements
Conduct code review to ensure the work delivered by the team is of high quality standards
Mentor other developers on coding standards, problem solving, and application architecture
Basic, structured, standard approach to work

Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience working as Full Stack JAVA Developer
Deep knowledge and hands-on as Full Stack JAVA Developer in high performing scalable environment with specialization on the following:Core Java
Front End: ReactJS – HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, Springboot
API services- REACT, REST, SOAP, JSON, AVRO, APIs, SWAGGER documentation
Back End: NoSQL database (Elastic Search, Cassandra, GraphQL)Middleware: Web services – Microservices, Spring Boot
Testing: Mockito, JUnit, Selenium, JMeter
DevOps: Jenkins, Microsoft Azure, Docker, GitHub, Kubernetes, Dockers, Containers, VMs
Technically hands-on and excellent in Design, Coding and Testing
Ability to identify system changes and verify that technical system specifications meet the business requirements
Strong problem solving, analytical skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Team Player in an Agile team within a Release Train Value Stream
